At Ackerman Acres, we take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch soaps using natural ingredients. Due to the personal nature of our products, we’ve outlined the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our soaps are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item(s) in question

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Products arrived damaged or unusable

  • Incorrect item(s) shipped

  • Order lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Allergic reactions (ingredients are clearly listed—please review before purchase)

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
