We’re excited to deliver our handcrafted soaps straight to your doorstep! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will arrive.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a follow-up with tracking info once it ships.
     

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight, or a flat rate.

  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders—check our homepage or promotions page for details.
     

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout, at the cost of the buyer.
     

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us directly—we may be able to accommodate special requests.
     

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.
     

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
     

7. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Ackerman Acres is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
